A People Person!

Being extremely bored this Christmas, I launched the spreadsheet and rated all the people I have ever known on a scale from 1-6 (6 columns), I added people (just added 1 to each column) in 3 different rows, one for primary school, one for secondary school and one for university to present day.

This bar represents all people I’ve met so far, the different segments represents my reaction to them (from left to right, “Hate them”, “Dislike them”, “They are irritating/stupid”, “Neutral”, “They are OK”, “I like them”. From the data I was able to make a few observations

  • I’ve MET 141 people (only counting people I had enough contact with to form an opinion)
  • I’m meeting less and less new people (nothing wrong with being selective :) )
  • I hate 31 people (which I have personally met)
  • I only think 7,09% of people I’ve met so far are OK or likable
  • When at Secondary school, I found 25,49% of the people I met there to be Neutral or OK (when on the average only 16,31% are neutral/ok)
  • Statistically there should be at least 50’000 people in Norway that I would like (that is a lot.. I MUST be a people person!)
  • I like 100% of all the ferrets I’ve met (for comparison only)
