Fuck you Lost!
I sit down, first thing that happens in the episode is that the obnoxious hobbit takes a arrow to the throat.. And wow.. those where the happiest 5 seconds before my brain figured out it was too good to be true.. And 1 minute later we see it’s just a dream.. and the goddamn piece of shit Dominic Monaghan never even gets a scrap in the entire episode.
That crappy show has been teasing me for like 7 episodes, indicating the near death of this hideous actor, but disappointed me time and time again..
If that fucker doesn’t die by the end of the season, I’m not even going to bother viewing the next season!

Finally done moving.. used most of the easter to move the 10 km from Steinan to Tiller (Both in Trondheim). Still haven’t got everything unpacked and in place but the essentials are up and running (refrigerator, couch, tv and computer) 
I’m closing up on 75% completion on the story mode of Rayman Raving Rabids, our only Wii game at the moment. And let me tell you, the game is GREAT. Lots of fun mini games, cute rabid bunnies and the best sounds in a video game ever. After I’m done with story mode I’m going to get ALL the bonus material, even if it kills me, I’ve come across a few bugs, but most are easily fixed (like some mini games where not possible to do unless the system was running in 60 hz video).
Rating: 9.5 / 10
Oh, seeing that we don’t have much Stargate Left (halfway trough season 10 and season 3 on SG-1/Atlantis) I decided to try and watch Farscape in sequence

After a grueling week of influenza I almost feel like myself again.
I saved up enough strength to play the two tutorial missions last week, got 2 hours of gameplay before I had to go to bed. But now that I’m all better I can try out the skirmish mode when I get home from work. The stuff from the two missions look really nice, and with Michael Ironside (Starship troopers), Tricia Helfer & Grace Park (both from Battlestar Galactica) in the game cinematics, this should be pretty interesting. The game is released in Norway around 29th or March, and since I’m moving on April 1st. this means I wont be able to preorder the game by mail.. Hope I still get my hands on the Kane Edition, maybe I should go to a store and reserve a copy today.. damn.. It just occurred to me that I wont have any time to play the game since we have to move all my stuff.. gaaaagh!
I haven’t had the flu since I was in primary school, and it was much worse than I could remember.. I was looking forward to just lay on the couch a few days and watch TV, but it was really uncomfortable and I was pretty much unable to watch TV or operate a computer 
At least Stacy got sick as well (misery really DO love company), but I don’t think Nemi got it, which is a consolation of sorts. Maybe it’s because that little furry vermin eats much better(healthier) than us and maybe got a better immune system
aaanyway.. Season ending of heroes should be “available” today, got to see how that turns out.. Seems UFO:ET has been postponed, but 16. April is not that far away, I’ll probably be to busy moving and playing C&C 3 to notice

goddammit, I managed to catch a cold.
Not that having a cold is THAT bad, I just get pretty hazy and dizzy which mean I’m not going to do much good as a programmer.
Also being home from work is not so fun as it might sound.. Just finished Far Cry and have no games to play (why couldn’t I get sick AFTER Silent hunter 4 or C&C 3?).
Me and Stacy also watch practically every tv-series worth watching together.. which means I don’t have much to choose from when doing solo-watching. Only things I can watch without watching something I’ve seen 3-8 times before is either the A-team or ‘Allo ‘Allo!, and honestly none of these tempts me at the moment

My tooth is in need of root canal treatment
I’m home from work today, because every time I sit down (or god forbid, LAY down) my tooth starts hurting like hell.
All I can do basically is to just stand in my living room and watch TV or play some Playstation II, or maybe I should use the newly cleaned kitchen table to play some D&D miniatures against Nemi (the ferret).. or maybe I should rig up something so that I can stand and get some painting done on my Dark Elf army..
Fortunately I got an appointment with my dentist tomorrow, but until then it sucks to be me, as all my favorite activities involves sitting down :/
Update:
You hear bad stuff about getting a root canal, horrible stories that will turn your soul black.. Fortunately that’s all bullshit, getting a root canal did not hurt at all (I love drugs, drugs are your friend), all in all it was not much different from getting a regular cavity fixed.
Also I found a really great dentist, Thorleif Weie at Tannlege Weie, so if anyone in Trondheim needs a good dentist, I highly recommend him

Last night I was about to watch an episode of Stargate Atlantis from a DVD, for some reason the dvd player in my computer had problems reading it (the read speed was severely reduced 2 times every minute) and as a result the video went very choppy and skipped like 3-5 seconds 2 times every minute..
I tried playing the dvd in both my Playstation 2 and the DVD player (the box under my tv), but none of these would play the dvd as it is the “wrong region”..
Thankfully VLC (the best player ever) has a function that makes it buffer X amount of milliseconds ahead when playing a dvd, so I set this to 15’000 ms, and could finally watch the episode.
VLC has a bunch of useful features, so if your stuck with winamp, powerDVD and other shitty players, try VLC.. it’s GRRRREAT!

After some Jello shots we went outdoors (yes, that creepy IRL place), and we actually had a hell of a time sledging down a very steep hill in garbage bags (not used ones, I might add), following the high speeds and some good old “pants and face full of snow” we went back inside for some more jelly.
The rest of the people left me here without adult supervision and went to into town.. apparently this is where people go after they have consumed a given amount of alcohol.
Me however remained faithful at my post, playing Far Cry with a slightly impaired aim.
I’m however stuck at level 10 with a crazy bastard with rocket launcher arms and like 8 of those smaller monkey-zombie-mutant-bastards.. so.. I think I might watch some curb and finish of the Jello shots

gah, I’m sick (flu) so now I can stay on the couch all day and watch Stargate SG-1 without feeling guilty, not that I ever did..
I’m starting work this Wednesday at Intrapoint, a company that makes Crisis manager, and quite a few other products..
I’m going to work on a multiplayer online game (java) that is a EU project, the game will allow players to invest in a virtual market.
Perhaps all those hours of playing Capitalism 1 and 2 will no longer seem like such a waste
